Our mission is to make international education accessible, practical, and career-oriented through strategic academic partnerships and robust franchise expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. College & University Outreach

  • Identify and initiate partnerships with colleges and universities across India for course integration and joint programs.
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and orientation sessions in colleges to promote global professional courses.
  • Collaborate with college administration, placement cells, and faculty for program implementation and student engagement.

2. Franchise Development & Support

  • Identify potential franchise partners and support the onboarding process.
  • Assist in developing and scaling franchise units by providing operational, marketing, and training support.
  • Regularly interact with existing franchisees to ensure alignment with brand standards and resolve issues.

3. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive lead generation through direct outreach, educational fairs, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage B to C sales team
  • Meet monthly/quarterly business targets in terms of partnerships signed, students enrolled, and revenue generated.
  • Prepare proposals, MoUs, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Strategic Collaboration & Branding

  • Represent KC GlobED in academic conclaves, education expos, and industry networking events.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align regional efforts with national campaigns.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of localized marketing strategies for different territories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in educational sales, B2B outreach, franchise management, or academic tie-ups.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
  • A go-getter attitude with strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
