Manager - Business Development and Client Servicing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to join our Business Development and Client Servicing team. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and delivering strategic media solutions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across brands, industries, and agencies.
• Pitch Laqshyas OOH, Digital, and Integrated media solutions to prospective clients.
• Build a robust pipeline through lead generation, market research, and networking.
• Develop customized proposals that align with client needs and campaign objectives.
  

Client Servicing:

• Act as the key liaison for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (planning, operations, finance, etc.) to deliver on timelines and expectations.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance; share reports, insights, and recommendations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4 to 9 years of experience in OOH / Media Sales / Advertising / Brand Partnerships.
• Strong existing relationships with agencies and direct brand clients.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, especially in OOH and integrated solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and ability to meet revenue targets.
