Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the Power Sectors, Solar Projects.
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share.
    • Identify and establish partnerships with international clients and businesses.
    • Engage in market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and marketing initiatives.

Client Management

    • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Develop customized pest control solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Lead client meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and problem resolution.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead product and service presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's unique offerings.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and challenges.

Market Expansion

  • Explore and tap into international markets to increase the companys global presence.
  • Develop business strategies to enter new geographies and market segments.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networking opportunities.
  • Stay updated with global regulatory requirements and pest control industry standards.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals.
  • Provide insights to the management team on market opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
