Responsibilities: - Prepare and facilitate training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company. Should have experience on Hazardous waste management and statutory compliance of storage or Disposal of waste. Should have experience of consent management and hazardous disposal documentation. Should be aware about pollution control Board and liaisoning. EHS Documentation including SOPs, change controls, deviations, CAPA, validations, Data capturing etc. Expertise in GMP implementations, good practices in the organization, Environment Impact, and climate change Risk assessment & analysis, GHG emissions analysis, To organize safety committee meetings, drills and actively participate in the activities carried out regarding the safety in the concerned area. Significant solutions and implementing Environment, health safety management systems for maintaining sound environmental and safety conditions and development, repair, and modification of the plant. Role: - Planning and preparing EHS Calendar of all activities to be carried out during the year. Records related to EHS and MIS Compliance. Role & responsibilities * Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and standards in line with legal and company requirements. * Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections across the plant/facility. * Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., Factories Act, Environmental Regulations, Fire Safety, etc.). * Promote employee awareness and training programs related to occupational health and safety. * Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses; recommend corrective/preventive actions. * Coordinate with pollution control boards, government bodies, and external agencies during audits and inspections. * Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to EHS performance and compliance. * Support in waste management, hazardous material handling, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives. Preferred candidate profile * B.Sc. / B.Tech in Environmental Science / Industrial Safety / Engineering or equivalent. * Diploma in Industrial Safety (recognized by AICTE/DGMS) preferred. * 48 years of experience in EHS role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup. * Good knowledge of EHS laws, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
