Assistant Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client acquisition to deal negotiation and closure.
• Present Jobizos value proposition, products, and services effectively to potential and existing clients.
• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Take ownership of field sales strategies and lead on-ground execution to achieve sales targets.
• Execute direct marketing and outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Leverage databases, digital tools, and market insights for targeted lead generation.
• Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and timely conversions.
• Contribute to developing and refining Jobizo’s business development roadmap and growth strategies.
• Demonstrate a proactive, client-centric approach focused on delivering measurable and sustainable results.

Required Expertise:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in field sales or B2B business development (preferably in

  staffing, healthcare, or consulting

  sectors).
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills — assertive, disciplined, and capable of leading by example.
• Prior experience in a

  startup or fast-paced environment

  is an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of the domestic market and client acquisition strategies.
• Passionate about driving business growth and expanding market presence.
