Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Develop existing business by identifying opportunities for introducing and promoting new products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers to showcase our offerings.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and build relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market data and competitive landscape to stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development in the domestic market.
  • Strong understanding of contract manufacturing (CDMO), third party manufacturing (TPM), p2p processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information effectively.
