Assistant Business Development Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for achieving the targets set for the areas under your operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying suitable candidates for the positions of BDOs, BDEs, and Collection Representatives and referring them to the Management. - Providing adequate training for BDOs and BDEs. - Monitoring the performance of BDOs and BDEs. - Ensuring that BDOs and BDEs make an average of 10 customer calls daily. - Evaluating visits, efficiency, TA claims, and professional performance of the team. - Ensuring timely submission of TA / DA claims by BDOs and BDEs. - Sending confidential reports on an individual basis every weekend to the DMM/ZSH North with a copy to Business Head and corporate general managers. - Monitoring the business of customer doctors and hospitals every 15 days, addressing professional complaints of patients and doctors, taking remedial action, and providing further suggestions for improvement to the Management. In addition to the above responsibilities, the job type is full-time with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift with a performance bonus.
