Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, a leading player in the chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of driving growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and other channels.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA or postgraduate degree is advantageous.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the chemicals industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
