As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be an integral part of the team working with cutting-edge technologies to drive business transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in change management with a minimum of 6-8 change management implementations - End-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on a transformation program - Global roll-out experience is a plus - Consulting/industry experience with a primary focus on change management - Stakeholder management, impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, communications, training, user adoption, and readiness assessment - Planning, design, and delivery of change management and training programs - Understanding of IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformation - Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical approach - Ability to work with people across functions, sectors, geographies, and cultures - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills - Time management skills for timely delivery of high-quality work-products - MBA is strongly preferred - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills - Technology-driven change management experience (ERP systems SAP/Oracle/Workday) - Willingness and ability to travel for client engagement **Qualifications Required:** - MBA is strongly preferred - Experience in change management with a minimum of 6-8 change management implementations - Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical approach - Technology-driven change management experience (ERP systems SAP/Oracle/Workday) At YASH Technologies, you will have the opportunity to create a career in an inclusive team environment.
