Job Summary:

Manager – Business Analytics

Generative AI (GenAI) tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to generate

  actionable insights

  and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement

  data-driven strategies

  to optimize business performance and drive growth.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to

  senior leadership

  to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging analytics technologies, and

  best practices in business analytics

  to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (

  Master’s degree preferred

  ).

• 7-10 years of experience

  in business analytics, data strategy, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in

  data analysis, visualization tools, and statistical modeling

  .
• Proven experience

  leading a team of analysts

  and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  , with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with

  Generative AI (GenAI) tools

  for data analysis is a plus.
