Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage billing for government contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and government officials for invoice approvals and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed billing records and documentation as per audit requirements.
• Analyze billing discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure timely submission of bills as per project milestones or service delivery schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in billing, preferably in government projects or public sector undertakings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Good understanding of government billing norms, work orders, and tender documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
