Job Description

As a Core TRA professional, your role involves managing assurance engagements focusing on IT risks, leading a team of IT assurance professionals, and evaluating ITGCs, business and IT processes, IT Application Controls tests, IPEs, and third party assurance (SOC1&2). You are expected to be a subject matter expert in specific technology platforms or industries. Your responsibilities include coaching the team, providing technical guidance, meeting tight deadlines, delivering high-quality results, staying updated on the latest technology trends, and promoting continuous learning within the team. You will engage with client senior management to communicate IT assurance findings effectively and interact with internal stakeholders to explain the impact of these findings on financial reporting and internal controls. Furthermore, you will support the firm's quality agenda, maintain zero-defect assurance during reviews, and act as a trusted advisor to both the team and clients. Building strong client and internal relationships, identifying business opportunities, developing new methodologies, and contributing to internal initiatives are also part of your role. Qualifications required for this position include being a Qualified CA, MBA, BTech/BE, or BSc IT with a preference for CISA or equivalent certifications. You should possess competencies in analytical thinking, collaboration, IT skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook), communication, interpersonal relationships, and innovation. In summary, your role as a Core TRA professional involves managing assurance engagements, leading a team, being a subject matter expert, coaching and guiding the team, staying updated on technology trends, communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining high-quality results, building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the firm's initiatives.
