About the Role

We are a leadinggraphic design companyseeking a talented and organizedGraphic Design Managerto oversee our design team and ensure the highest creative standards across all client projects. This role requires a strong design background, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining theconfidentiality and integrityof our clients information and creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house design team to deliver exceptional creative work.
• Plan, organize, and oversee multiple design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure all client information, creative briefs, and project materials are handled with

• Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand identity, and business goals.
• Translate client requirements into compelling design strategies and visuals.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Supervise workflow, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of all client projects.
• Review and approve all design work before submission to clients, ensuring top creative quality.
• Work closely with account managers, marketing, and production teams to meet client expectations.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the team's skills sharp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, including leadership or managerial role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and team-led projects.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and layout design.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects under tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining
