Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Manager - Artwork. The Manager will oversee and manage the artwork production team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving designs for accuracy, supervising artwork processes, coordinating with clients to meet their requirements, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines. The Manager will also provide guidance and support to enhance team productivity and creativity.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Artwork Design, Embroidery Digitizing, and Print Design
• Experience in team leadership, project management, and process optimization
• Proficiency in using professional design tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Prior experience in the promotional products, sportswear, or publishing industry is a plus
• Relevant degree or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
