We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our HR team. Job Description: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with strong knowledge of Excel and statutory compliance to support our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain employee payroll records and update changes as needed. Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets for payroll data and reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and Labour Laws. Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries. Assist in filing statutory returns and maintaining related documentation. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR operations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, data management). Familiarity with statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, and labour laws. Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Why Join Us?
