Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR operations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, data management). Familiarity with statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, and labour laws. Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
