We’re looking for a Client Strategy Manager who can bridge client needs and agency capabilities. This role requires someone who can decode client briefs, craft strategic storylines, and lead the development of compelling pitches that win business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — creative, media, strategy, and account management — to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions that resonate with clients’ objectives.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Business Directors and Account Leads to understand and interpret client briefs.
  • Develop strategic storylines that connect client challenges with agency solutions.
  • Lead the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses, ensuring clarity, creativity, and impact.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to design integrated marketing solutions across channels (Paid Media, SEO, Social, Content, Video).
  • Present solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders, adapting storytelling to audience level (from marketing managers to C-suite).
  • Ensure pitches are delivered on time, aligned with budget, and meet client KPIs.
  • Support business development with market insights, competitor research, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, helping shape campaigns from brief to execution.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years’ experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client solutions (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills — ability to turn complex briefs into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Experience building and delivering pitches that win (RFPs, proposals, presentations).
  • Knowledge of digital channels (Paid Social, SEO, SEM, Influencer, Content, Programmatic).
  • Excellent collaboration skills; able to lead cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
  • Commercially minded with ability to balance creativity, strategy, and ROI.
