Job Title: Manager – Alumni Relations
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and learner success objectives.
Develop and implement an alumni referral program to drive new learner acquisition by leveraging alumni networks as a strategic growth channel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build long-term relationships.
Strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of experience in alumni relations, community management, or partnerships preferably in the EdTech, Higher Education, or Learning & Development sector.
Proven record of building and scaling engagement programs or networks.
