As a high-caliber professional with expertise in investment banking, capital markets, or corporate finance, you will play a crucial role in supporting communication strategies for capital market transactions, investor engagement, and reputation management. Based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on capital markets, advising clients on complex scenarios such as M&A communications and crisis situations, and engaging with leading corporates, financial institutions, and investment banks on strategic mandates. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research on capital markets, industries, companies, and macroeconomic trends. - Support communication strategies for capital market transactions, investor engagement, and reputation management. - Advise clients on complex scenarios such as M&A communications, regulatory challenges, boardroom disputes, and crisis situations. - Assist leadership teams in positioning strategies, media relations, thought leadership initiatives, and internal advisory projects. - Engage with leading corporates, financial institutions, private equity firms, and investment banks on strategic mandates. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in investment banking (deal origination/capital markets) or generalist roles with a solid understanding of financial markets. - Familiarity with IPO processes, SEBI regulations, M&A advisory, and capital market transactions. - Strong research, analytical, and financial storytelling skills. - Ability to craft strategic narratives for business events including IPOs, M&As, and boardroom developments. - Proactive, self-driven, and multi-disciplinary problem solver. - Preferred qualifications: Engineer/CA plus MBA Finance or CFA. - Candidates with a strong pedigree from reputed institutions and firms will be preferred.
