Management Trainer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct live simulations, projects, and brand assignments to provide hands-on experience.

• Assist senior faculty in delivering course modules such as event planning, budgeting, vendor management, and production logistics.
• Facilitate student workshops, industry simulations, and real-time project evaluations.
• Support curriculum development with fresh ideas and current industry trends.
• Monitor student progress and assist with portfolio development and presentation skills.
• Coordinate with the placement team to align learning outcomes with job readiness.
• Contribute to the creative direction of in-house events and student-led activations.
• Engage with students through mentorship and personalized academic support.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through real-time projects and practical assignments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the events industry to integrate into the curriculum.

Skills and Requirement:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the event industry or teaching/training.
• Strong communication, organizational, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with corporate, social, and cultural event formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and motivate learners.
• A growth mindset with a passion for education and youth empowerment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
