Management Trainer

BTRAC is looking for a Management Faculty member who can support program development, industry linkages, student career growth, and overall academic quality. This role focuses on coordination, mentorship, and institutional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of management programs at BTRAC.
• Coordinate with industry partners for internships, placements, and student projects.
• Guide students on professional development, career readiness, and industry expectations.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, industry visits, and skill-building activities.
• Help with research coordination, project supervision, and industry-based assignments.
• Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and institutional development initiatives.
• Support promotional activities and outreach for management programs when needed.

Qualifications Required

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with students and industry partners effectively
• Experience in academic coordination, industry liaison, or student placement support.
• Background in management projects, consulting, or research.
• Familiarity with skill-based or industry-focused academic programs.
