JOB DESCRIPTION An opportunity to join as a Project Coordinator responsible for assisting project managers in the smooth execution of projects. The role involves organizing tasks, managing communications, and ensuring deadlines are met within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes. Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting any deviations. Identify potential risks and coordinate with project managers to mitigate them. Support procurement and logistics related to project needs. Facilitate team meetings and follow up on action items. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in project coordination or related role. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of budget management and resource allocation.
