Location: Elevate Global Academy, HMT Junction, Kalamassery.

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 20,000 per month

Qualification: MBA, MHRM or MHA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct highly interactive, activity-based management training sessions.
• Keep the classroom energetic through discussions, real-life examples, and group activities.
• Encouraging active participation and keeping the classroom energetic.
• Build students’ confidence, communication, and leadership skills.
• Creating a positive, respectful learning space where everyone feels valued.
• Guiding students with feedback that helps them grow.

Requirements:

• Confident public speaker capable of handling and engaging groups.
• Energetic personality with the ability to keep sessions lively.
• Strong classroom management and crowd-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Someone who enjoys leading, motivating, and interacting with students.
• Proactive – takes initiative without waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable moving around, demonstrating, and actively facilitating activities.
• Any background that shows confidence in handling people or groups will be an add on.

Qualification

• MBA / MHRM/ MHA
• Freshers with strong communication, confidence, and people skills can also apply.
