Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations such as inventory control, dispatch tracking, and material handling.
• Assist in supply chain initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
• Prepare and manage reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Contribute to warehouse automation and tech-driven operational enhancements.
• Create presentations, MIS, and documentation as needed.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with hands-on warehouse exposure.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent.
• Preference for candidates with academic focus / project work in Supply Chain Management.
  

Experience Required:

• 01 year of experience, ideally in Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations.
• Freshers with relevant academic or internship projects are welcome to apply.

Desirable Exposure (Internship / Projects):

• Cost optimisation and efficiency improvement projects.
• Warehouse automation / supply chain technology projects.
• Logistics or distribution-focused academic work.
