Job Summary:

Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Implementation:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Sales Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the biogas sector.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through direct selling, partner development, and customer acquisition.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and government bodies.
• Provide technical product information and support to prospective and existing customers.

Technical Demonstrations:

• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to offer customized solutions based on client requirements.

Proposal & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and outstanding proposals.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and project pipelines using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
