Role Overview

The  Management Trainee – Partnerships & Expansion, will gain comprehensive exposure to partnership-building, lead generation, within the hospitality sector. The program begins with a structured 2–3 month training period comprising hands-on learning and performance assessments. High-performing candidates will be considered for confirmed full-time roles upon completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to engage homestay owners, travel agents, and potential business partners across assigned regions.
• Drive onboarding of new partners and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Identify and generate high-potential leads; convert prospects into long-term business collaborations.
• Support outreach campaigns and assist in local marketing activities to promote brand presence.
• Participate actively in sales, networking, and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, partnership status, and lead management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; persuasive and confident in pitch delivery.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in sales, outreach, or partnership roles (preferred).
• Proficiency in Assamese or Hindi (in addition to English) is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned areas.

  2–3 months structured training (performance-based).

• Remuneration:

  Training phase focused on skill-building and exposure. On confirmation, fixed salary of ₹10,000–₹20,000/month + incentives (as per performance).
