Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Intern to assist us in expanding our partner network and client base. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, outreach, and business communication within the hospitality space. The role offers learning exposure in strategic partnerships, B2B outreach, and market research. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partner properties, travel agents, and local businesses. Support the onboarding of new partners and help maintain positive relations with existing ones. Research market trends, competitor offerings, and potential leads to support strategic decision-making. Maintain and update lead databases, track communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals. Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to idea-sharing and planning sessions. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets. Interest in the hospitality, travel, or real estate sector is a plus. Additional Details: Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension and full-time transition based on performance). Hours: 2-4 hours per day, 5 days a week. Location: Remote. Compensation: Unpaid internship. However, selected interns will receive: A certificate upon successful completion. Free training sessions on business development, client communication, and lead generation. Recommendation and potential referral for future opportunities. Why Join Us?
