Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as Management Trainees – Business Development. This role offers an opportunity to learn and contribute directly to AaoStays growth through partnership building, outreach, and sales activities, with exposure to marketing initiatives as well.

The program begins with a structured 2–3 month training period. On successful completion, candidates will be offered a confirmed full-time role depending on performance and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to connect with homestay owners, travel agents, and business partners.

Build and maintain relationships to onboard new partners.

Generate leads and convert them into long-term collaborations.

Assist in outreach campaigns and local marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Completed Bachelor’s degree Or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Self-driven, confident, and comfortable with sales/outreach activities.

Knowledge of Assamese or Hindi (in addition to English) will be an added advantage.

Program Highlights:

Training Duration: 2–3 months (performance-based learning phase).

Remuneration:

During training: Focused on learning, growth, and performance exposure.

Post training: Fixed salary of ₹10,000 – ₹20,000

per month (+ incentives), based on performance and role alignment.
