Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Intern to assist us in expanding our partner network and client base. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, outreach, and business communication within the hospitality space. The role offers learning exposure in strategic partnerships, B2B outreach, and market research.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partner properties, travel agents, and local businesses.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners and help maintain positive relations with existing ones.
  • Research market trends, competitor offerings, and potential leads to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, track communication and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to idea-sharing and planning sessions.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and professional approach to client interaction.
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Interest in the hospitality, travel, or real estate sector is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Assamese is required, as the role involves regular communication with local businesses and individuals.


Additional Details:

  • Duration:

    2-3 months (with the possibility of extension and full-time transition based on performance).
  • Hours:

    Flexible, 5 days a week.
  • Location:

    Remote (with occasional field visits in Guwahati, if applicable).
  • Compensation:

    Up to INR 20,000 per month, based on performance.
  • A certificate is awarded upon successful completion.
  • Free training sessions on business development, client communication, and lead generation.
  • A strong recommendation and potential referral for future opportunities.
