Management Trainee Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and exposure to various functions of the organization. The goal is to groom you for future leadership roles by equipping you with hands-on experience, professional skills, and company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undergo structured training and rotation across departments to understand business operations.
• Support departmental managers in day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.
• Assist in data collection, report preparation, and performance analysis.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Participate in planning and execution of process improvements.
• Learn company policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain broader business exposure.
• Provide administrative and analytical support wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
• Freshers Required (Internship Certificate), (LOR) will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
