Management Trainee Intern JOB DESCRIPTION Location : Rohini, New Delhi (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration : 1–3 Months (Performance-based extension possible) Stipend : Performance-based About the Role We are inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee Intern . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the startup and innovation ecosystem , working closely with management, startup founders, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities As a Management Trainee Intern, you will: Work with the management team and startup founders on growth, strategy, and operations. Coordinate daily activities, manage resources, and assist in incubation programs, cohorts, and projects. Support due diligence, startup onboarding, and stakeholder engagement (government representatives, industry experts, founders, etc.). Assist in organizing events such as workshops, investor pitch days, demo days, and networking sessions . Contribute to research, RFPs, and policy tracking at national and international levels. Handle social media and content activities , including strategy, communication, and outreach. Prepare MOMs, manage schedules, and coordinate with committees and incubation activities. Help build a strong startup environment within the student, alumni, and faculty community. Research and map government schemes, CSR opportunities, and funding avenues relevant to startups. Who Can Apply Current students or recent graduates from BBA / BBA-IEV / BBA-FIA / MBA / B.Com . Freshers (0–1 year experience) are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, and ecosystem building. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
