Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee HR (Talent Acquisition) to join our HR team. The candidate will support the recruitment process for non-IT positions, ensuring smooth coordination and effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the process.

Conduct document verification and maintain candidate records. Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile: Post Graduate in HR or related field (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
