Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee in this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the supply plans and sample frame requirements for online research projects at Innovates. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high margins on projects and ensuring timely and accurate responses to internal and partner requests. You will work closely with the Supply Manager to cultivate partner relationships and facilitate coordination with internal departments to achieve objectives within budget, while upholding quality and customer satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on high converting/high CPI projects to maximize revenue potential. - Maintain high margins on projects. - Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills consistently. - Perform daily project audits to ensure sufficient sample supply. - Maintain a professional rapport with vendors and treat them as internal clients. - Collaborate with the Supply Manager to troubleshoot problematic projects and optimize successful ones. Qualification Required: - Postgraduate with a background in market research, economics, or statistics. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strategic thinking abilities. - Detail-oriented, flexible, and resourceful. - Commitment to high customer satisfaction standards. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment. - Proficient in using Excel and web-based survey tools.
