Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations.

2. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and manage team performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team productivity and service quality.

3. Customer Service Excellence

• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.

4. Financial Performance

• Manage restaurant budgets, including sales targets, labor costs, and operational expenses.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

5. Marketing and Promotions

• Coordinate marketing activities, including promotions, events, and social media campaigns.
• Build relationships with local businesses and the community to enhance the restaurant's reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
