Management Trainee (HR)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Management Trainee - HR to support the smooth functioning of HR operations at our corporate office. The role involves coordinating recruitment, handling employee grievances, and contributing to key HR initiatives such as the Shalby ELITE newsletter and Job Description Manual. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and coordinate content for Shalby ELITE and the JD Manual
• Write and finalize job descriptions in collaboration with department heads
• Handle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout
• Oversee joining formalities: documentation, ID generation, induction
• Assist with employee transfers, HR scorecards, KRAs, and monthly HR data reporting
• Coordinate with corporate communication and internal teams as needed
• Support with presentations and additional HR assignments

Preferred Background:

• Experience in recruitment and HR coordination
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with HRMS and tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
