Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment Support
: Assist in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews; support onboarding and document verification under supervision.
HR Operations & Documentation
: Maintain employee data, HR files, and trackers; assist in preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation); support payroll input compilation and attendance checks.
Employee Engagement Support
: Assist in induction planning and execution; handle basic employee queries and escalate as required.
HR MIS & Compliance
: Prepare and update HR dashboards and reports; learn compliance processes and assist in audit documentation.
Learning & Development
: Complete assigned training modules and gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic HR knowledge covering Recruitment, HR Operations, and HRMS.
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling, and reporting).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Understanding of HR analytics and dashboarding (added advantage).
Familiarity with statutory compliance basics in the cement/manufacturing industry.
