Job Description

Graduate Trainee / Management Trainee

We are seeking dynamic and motivated young professionals to join our Graduate Trainee or Management Trainee programs. These programs aim to develop future leaders through structured learning, hands-on exposure, and rotational assignments across key departments including Operations, HR, Procurement, Marketing, Safety, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Support departmental heads in daily operations, project activities, and cross-functional initiatives.
Assist with record-keeping, reporting, presentations, and confidential documentation.
Participate in site visits, safety meetings, and implementation of company procedures.
Contribute to procurement, client coordination, internal communication, and business development tasks.
Assist in proposal drafting, client presentations, and market research.
Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, adaptability, and a strong operational mindset.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace; knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
Professional conduct, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and travel to project sites as needed.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
