About the Role:

Functional Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
Participate in the documentation of business processes and workflows.
Support the configuration, testing, and rollout of functional modules.
Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training material under supervision.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper translation of business needs.
Help in functional testing, UAT support, and data validation.
Provide basic support for end-users during training or go-live.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pursuing or completed
BBA / MBA / B.Tech / B.Com / M.Com / MCA
or a relevant degree.
Basic understanding of business processes in
Finance.
Interest in ERP, CRM, or any enterprise software implementation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation ability.
Willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Team player with an eye for detail.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

Exposure to tools like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics.
Knowledge of SQL or reporting dashboards.
Certification or coursework in ERP/CRM/BA tools.
