Company Description: Precimeasure Controls Private Limited, established in 1984, is ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a leading manufacturer of monitoring and control devices for electrical assets in power generation, transmission, and distribution. With over 50 years of experience in the transformer industry, the company operates out of Bangalore, Chennai, and Vadodara, with an independent R&D unit located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Representative, located in Chennai. The Management Representative will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining customer relationships and act as primary liaison between Management and various departments. Key tasks include developing and implementing company policies, handling customer inquiries, conducting training sessions, and coordinating with various departments to streamline processes. Job Description: 1. Management Level: · Reporting to Top Management: Providing regular reports on the management system's performance, highlighting areas of strength and areas needing improvement. · Act as the primary liaison between management and various departments. · Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings between management and staff. · Representing Management: Acting as a point of contact for matters related to the management system, both internally and externally. · Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational efficiency. · Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations 2. Policies, Regulations, Management Systems & Workflows: · System Implementation and Maintenance: Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the processes required by the management system (e.g., ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for EMS, ISO 45001 for OHS). · Facilitating Audits: Coordinating and participating in internal and external audits, ensuring the organization is prepared for assessments. · Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. · Monitor and evaluate internal processes and workflows. · Promoting Awareness: Ensuring that customer requirements and other relevant standards are understood and adhered to throughout the organization. · Documentation Management: Ensuring proper documentation of the management system, including policies, procedures, and records. · Training and Awareness: Promoting awareness and understanding of the management system among employees. · Communication: Effectively communicating information related to the management system to all levels of the organization. · Problem-Solving: Addressing issues and challenges related to the management system, working with teams to find solutions. 3. Development Strategies: · Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement across all departments and working with relevant stakeholders to implement changes. · Managing Corrective and Preventive Actions: Overseeing the process for addressing non-conformities and implementing preventative measures to avoid future issues. · Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Previous experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Management role Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Customer Service abilities Proficient in Communication and Sales Experience in conducting Training sessions Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment · Knowledge of relevant management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
