Job Description

Position: Management Representative Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Quality Management System (QMS): Ensure that all processes required for the QMS are established, implemented, monitored, and maintained effectively. Enforce compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards across the organization. System Documentation: Maintain and control quality documentation procedures. Ensure all documentation is current, compliant, and properly archived. Internal Audits: Plan and arrange internal audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the QMS. Appoint qualified internal auditors by providing necessary training or validating their certifications. Management Reviews: Organize and conduct regular Management Review Meetings. Present performance data, audit results, and improvement opportunities to top management. Reporting and Communication: Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and areas for improvement. Serve as a point of contact for QMS-related communication across departments. System Improvement: Monitor and analyze system performance metrics. Drive continual improvement initiatives for processes and systems within the organization. Leadership and Training: Exhibit enforcement capability to ensure compliance and corrective actions. Possess basic man-management skills to coordinate effectively with team members. Qualifications and Skills: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards. Strong understanding of documentation procedures and audit processes . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to enforce compliance and lead cross-functional teams. Basic knowledge of people management and leadership skills .
