Management Representative

Job Purpose:

To ensure effective implementation, documentation, and continual improvement of ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) and compliance with FSSAI standards within the organization. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities to maintain compliance and readiness for external and customer audits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ISO Management Systems:

• Act as the

  Management Representative

  for all ISO certifications and audits.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of

  ISO documentation

  , procedures, and records.
• Plan and coordinate

  Internal Quality Audits

  and

  Management Review Meetings

  .
• Liaise with

  external auditors

  for certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits.
• Monitor

  non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions

  , and ensure timely closure.
• Promote awareness of the ISO requirements across departments.

2. FSSAI Compliance:

• Ensure the plants compliance with

  FSSAI regulations and documentation

  requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/Production for

  food-grade packaging material standards

  compliance.
• Maintain records and documentation for

  FSSAI licensing, renewals, and inspections

  .
• Support in FSSAI-related

  customer audits or regulatory inspections

  .

3. Documentation and Records Management:

• Maintain and control

  Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, and Records

  .
• Ensure proper

  document version control and distribution

  .
• Maintain

  audit records, training records, and compliance registers

  .

4. Training and Awareness:

• Conduct

  ISO/FSSAI awareness training

  for employees.
• Build cross-functional understanding of system requirements and compliance culture.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and system effectiveness.
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing

  Kaizens, 5S, and Lean initiatives

  related to system improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification:

  B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  4–8 years

  of experience in

  ISO & FSSAI documentation and audit coordination

  in a

  manufacturing or flexible packaging industry

  .

• Certifications:

  Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification in ISO standards (preferred
