We are seeking an experienced professional to independently handle audits at the factory level, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits as per ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements related to quality, environmental, and safety management systems.· Develop and implement audit plans, corrective actions, and preventive measures to ensure continuous improvement.
· Maintain and update documentation, procedures, and policies in line with ISO standards.
· Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.· Train and guide factory staff on ISO compliance, best practices, and regulatory requirements.· Identify gaps and areas of improvement, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.· Conduct risk assessments, monitor workplace safety, and drive EHS initiatives.· Work closely with the production, maintenance, and HR teams to foster a culture of quality and safety.· Prepare audit reports, management reviews, and compliance dashboards for senior management.· Vendor management & supplier audit, portal work, RCA

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.· Minimum of 4+ years of experience in handling ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 audits, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
· Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is highly desirable.· Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, risk assessment, and corrective action processes.· Experience in conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, and handling external audits.· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.· Ability to work independently and manage audits efficiently.· Familiarity with EHS regulations, industrial safety, and environmental management practices.
