Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the QMS and EOHS systems in compliance with ISO standards.
• Organize Management Review Meetings (QMS & EOHS) and maintain all related records (presentations, minutes, attendance, agendas).
• Monitor KPIs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal quality system audits to ensure compliance with documented systems, maintaining audit reports, schedules, and non-conformance reports.
• Organize process, product, and customer audits, ensuring corrective actions are addressed.
• Liaise with external agencies including certification bodies and QMS consultants.
• Control the issuance of Quality Management and EOHS system documents according to procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to occupational health and safety.
• Promote awareness of customer requirements and quality objectives throughout the organization.
• Conduct environmental aspect and impact assessments, risk assessments, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness assessments.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 standards
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audits
• Ability to monitor KPIs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience conducting internal and external audits (process, product, and customer audits)
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for meetings, reports, and compliance records
• Ability to liaise with external agencies such as certification bodies and QMS consultants
