Production Planner

Job Title: Production Planner – Tube Fittings
Location: Taloja, Navi MumbaiIndustry: Tube Fittings / InstrumentationExperience: 3–5 YearsQualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical or IndustrialKey Responsibilities:
 Prepare daily/weekly production plans for compression, flare, ferrule-type fittings. Coordinate with CNC/VMC operators for machining of nuts, bodies, ferrules. Plan raw material usage (bar stock/tubes) and maintain inventory. Sequence jobs based on machine capacity, tool change, and priority. Align with QA/QC for threading standards (NPT, BSP, UNF) and surface finish checks. Maintain BOMs, job cards, and track rejections, downtime. Plan production to meet dispatch schedules and client commitments. Support process improvements and reduce rework. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of tube fittings manufacturing. Familiarity with CNC turning, drilling, deburring, surface finish requirements. Understanding of ASME/ASTM standards and export quality norms. Strong command over MRP/ERP tools, shop floor control systems, and manual planning if required.
