Role Overview

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  related to sales, project performance, and business KPIs.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as

  sales performance, project status, revenue targets, and channel partner productivity

  .
• Develop and update dashboards using

  MS Excel, Google Sheets

  , and

  Power BI

  .
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) for accurate data collection and validation.
• Conduct site visits across Pune to gather real-time data, ensure accuracy of field reports, and collaborate with on-site teams.
• Perform basic

  trend analysis and variance reporting

  to highlight business insights.
• Ensure data consistency, standardization, and timely availability across all platforms.
• Handle

  ad-hoc data requests

  and reporting needs from senior management.
• Contribute to improvements in data tracking, reporting frameworks, and visualization.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry

  (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, charts; macros is a plus).
• Working knowledge of

  Power BI

  and

  Google Sheets

  .
• Comfortable with

  field visits

  to various real estate project locations across Pune.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large data sets and meet reporting deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
