Management Information System Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our organization’s information systems. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions. Expertise in CCTVs, IP Phones, and Networking is essential to support both operational and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Information Systems & Data Management
• Develop, maintain, and optimize MIS databases and reporting systems.
• Generate accurate, timely reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
• Technical Support & Networking
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, IP phones, and related hardware.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
• Provide IT support to staff and coordinate with vendors for system upgrades.
• System Administration
• Maintain and update company software, servers, and system backups.
• Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, HRMS, and other business applications.
• Implement security measures to safeguard information systems.
• Operational Efficiency
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting needs.
• Automate reporting processes for efficiency.
• Suggest improvements to IT systems and workflows.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of CCTV setup, IP telephony, and networking protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS, IT support, or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, IP phones, and networking is required.

Salary : 25k
