Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights for management.
• Maintain and manage data accuracy in company systems and dashboards.
• Automate and optimize reports to improve reporting efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify data.
• Support management with ad-hoc data requests and analytical reports.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity across all MIS activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI, or Advanced Excel Tools is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting.
• Freshers with strong Excel skills are also encouraged to apply.
