Job Title: - Maintenance & Project Manager

Location: Khopoli

Experience: - 7 to 10 year

Job Type: - Full Time

Salary: - Rs.35000 To Rs.50000 ( Per Month)

· Key Responsibilities

· Lead maintenance operations for mechanical, electrical, and utility equipment ensuring minimal downtime.

· Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

· Manage PLC & SCADA-based automation systems, including troubleshooting and programming.

· Oversee plant projects – installation, commissioning, and upgradation of machinery and automation systems.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

· Monitor and control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.

· Train and mentor the maintenance team on technical skills including PLC & SCADA systems.

· Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance plant productivity.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, energy, and equipment lifecycle.

· Candidate Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field.

· 7–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing plant maintenance and project management.

· Strong knowledge of PLC & SCADA systems, along with mechanical and electrical equipment.

· Hands-on experience in crane maintenance will be an added advantage.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
