Maintenance Manager

As a Facility Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper maintenance of the equipment and physical assets of the company, including the building, office space, and machinery. You will conduct periodic checks on all facilities to ensure they meet safety standards and that maintenance budgets are adhered to. Your role will involve leading, training, and monitoring the maintenance executive staff to improve systems and ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner. You will also oversee all maintenance and repair activities, acting as a repair manager when necessary. Documenting and submitting reports to senior management or stakeholders regarding budgets, progress, and time schedules will be a key part of your duties. You will supervise the condition of all equipment, identifying potential upgrades and maintenance needs for a preventive maintenance plan. Managing maintenance budgets and ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations will be crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to identify areas for improvement in facilities maintenance processes. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off and Provident Fund.
