Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities within an organization or facility. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership and technical skills to ensure that all equipment, machinery, and facilities are in optimal working condition, promoting safety, efficiency, and reliability. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance plan for all equipment and facilities. You will need to schedule routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and disruptions. Additionally, you will be supervising and leading a team of maintenance technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work. Managing the maintenance department budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities will also be part of your role. You will be overseeing the inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and vehicles. It will be your responsibility to coordinate the upkeep and repairs of buildings, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing. Qualifications required for this position include a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, 8-12 years of relevant experience in Operation Maintenance (Retail, QSR, Mall operations, Hotels, Airport Authority) industry.
