Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Machine Maintenance

Perform and oversee regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC and VMC machines to minimize downtime.

Preventive Maintenance

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules in line with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.

Breakdown Analysis

Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Spare Parts Management

Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in maintenance activities.

Maintenance Documentation

Maintain records of machine servicing, breakdown history, and maintenance checklists.

Team Supervision

Guide junior technicians and maintenance staff in executing planned maintenance tasks efficiently.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety protocols and equipment is operated within prescribed limits.
